This position will report to the Global EHS Manager. As a member of the Taiwan Safety MRC, the role requires ensuring that Intel Taiwan complies with local OSHA requirements. As a member of the Occupational Health (OH) team, it involves partnering with relevant internal and external parties to drive the standardization of OH business processes, programs, standards, guidelines, and training materials where applicable.
Roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Interface with employees, Environmental, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Legal, Security, and Intel medical and mental health professionals. • Assure accurate documentation and strict privacy controls of medical data compliances with all laws, regulations and appropriate standards. • Oversee and manage employee's health complying with OH standards/guidelines and Taiwan OSHA OH programs, such as medical surveillance exams, injury/illness case. management basic emergency/injury treatment, liaison with employees and management of complex illness/injury cases and administrative activities etc. • Taiwan OSHA specific items: o Manage Taiwan OH programs, clinic operation, and contract providers (OH doctor and nurse) o Execute and manage Taiwan OSHA required health promotional programs/plans and recordkeeping. o Support Intel Taiwan Wellness Health checkup program. o Coordinate onsite OH visiting doctor consultation session and health talks. o Provide direct onsite first aid service. o Provide primary care and work-related illness and injury management. o A member of Safety MRC and a member of site Emergency Response Team.
Qualifications:
Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in nursing with a local Registered Nurse License • Certified Occupational Health Nurse with a validated certificate • 2+ year experience in occupational health work experience • 2+ year clinical setting work experience
Additional Requirements: • Excellent interpersonal, people management, and communication skills • Good computer skills (Microsoft office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) • Capability to communicate in English (listening, writing, speaking, reading) • Initiative and organizational skills • Strong self-management and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and a great team player.
