We’re seeking a hands-on Cloud Platform Architect to help design and build our multi-cloud foundation. Your focus will be on implementing IaC and platform automation (Terraform + CI/CD + GitOps), while also setting standards and enabling teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operate multi-cloud landing zones (networking, IAM, logging, policy guardrails) using Terraform.
• Own Terraform module catalog: write modules, reviews, versioning, testing, release process.
• Implement GitOps; integrate with CI/CD.
• Design and implement cloud networking (VPC/VNet, peering, private connectivity, hybrid) and HA/DR patterns.
• Implement security controls: IAM/RBAC, KMS, secrets, encryption, policy-as-code (OPA/Sentinel).
• Build and run Kubernetes platforms (AKS/EKS/GKE): upgrades, add-ons, ingress, service mesh where justified.
• Establish observability + on-call readiness: metrics/logs/traces, SLOs, runbooks, incident reviews.
• Coach teams via pairing, PR reviews, docs, and “golden path” templates.

Qualifications

Required

• 7–10+ years platform/infra experience (flexible based on depth)
• Proven multi-cloud expertise: deep in one cloud, strong in a second.
• Strong Terraform + Git; CI/CD for IaC; ability to debug and operate what you build.
• Kubernetes + GitOps production experience.
• Strong networking + security fundamentals;
• Observability, incident response, SLOs; solid scripting (Python/Bash/Go).
• Clear communicator; able to lead, influence, and drive cross-team adoption.
