We're looking for an experienced Collections Supervisor (Italian) to lead collections operations, drive performance, and develop high-performing teams while supporting strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a collections team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee outsourced collections activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Manage complex collection cases, escalations, and customer issues.
• Deliver coaching, onboarding, and process training to employees and partners.
• Analyze KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective collection strategies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to achieve business goals.
• Drive process optimization, digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement projects.

What You'll Bring

• Several years of experience in collections operations, debt collection, or credit management.
• Previous experience in team leadership, process management, or outsourcing governance.
• Strong knowledge of the Italian collections and consumer finance market, including customer behavior, collection strategies, and market practices.
• Understanding of the Italian regulatory and operational collections landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience managing KPIs and operational performance.
• Ability to lead change, solve complex challenges, and drive results.

Language Requirements

• Italian (C1+) mandatory.
• English (B2+) mandatory.
