We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

Your typical day:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting customers via email, chat, and phone, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.

Also, you will be maintaining a thorough understanding of the products, brand, and industry to provide accurate information and support to customers. Additionally, you will be conducting research to gather relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.

What you need to have is:

• Excellent communication skills
• Near Native level of Azerbaijani, both written and verbal
• Advanced knowledge of English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to work both on your own and within a team
• High school education
