Job Summary
The LA Clippers are hiring a Manager of Game Presentation to play a vital role on the Game Presentation team, dedicated to delivering the most engaging and exciting game experience in the NBA. Reporting to the Director of Game Presentation, this role helps tell the story of every game and curate the strongest homecourt advantage in the league.
The ideal candidate brings a strong basketball IQ and production experience alongside a high-energy, creative approach to fan engagement. This role will serve as alternate Game Director for select home games, support creative vision and execution of all in-arena elements at Intuit Dome, and design activations that keep fans loud, engaged, and distinctly Clippers.

Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high-profile concerts and NBA games.
What You Will Do
Game Presentation & Production
- Serve as alternate Game Director for select LA Clippers home games as directed by senior leaders, calling show elements and cueing live production.
- Support the ROS and scripts across all departments, and pre-game rehearsals to ensure every element is show ready.
- Drive the development of breakthrough game day and event content that raises the bar on fan experience.
- Support video shoots and content capture to keep the in-arena video board pipeline fresh and game-ready.
- Assist the Game Director in overseeing in-game music production and the overall identity of the show.
- Provide hands on leadership and mentorship to the Game Night Production Staff, setting the standard for show night execution.
- Pioneer new show concepts and in-arena innovations, spotting opportunities across Game Presentation elements to amplify synergy and strengthen homecourt advantage.
Fan Activation & Partnerships
- Lead The Swell Supporters Section ongoing initiatives — the creative vision, content, and energy that keep it one of the most electric, unmistakably Clippers sections in the NBA.
- Lead collaboration with Corporate Partnerships to design and execute in-game promotions that maximize fan experience and partnership satisfaction.
- Assist with the creation, ideation, and implementation of theme night initiatives for LA Clippers games, partnering with internal departments to promote organizational initiatives in-arena.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure activations and production elements are seamlessly integrated into the game day experience.
- Assist the Director of Game Presentation with cross-functional communications across the organization.
- All other duties as assigned.
Your Background, Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a related position required.
- Experience in a management or supervisory role in live entertainment production.
- Expert knowledge of NBA basketball rules, gameplay, and sports knowledge is a must.
- Preferred show calling experience in the NBA or professional sports.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and maintain positive, supportive working relationships.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to partner across multiple departments on multiple projects at once.
- Able to work well in a collaborative group environment as a flexible and reliable team player.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution.

Host of the 2026 NBA All-Star game and Olympic Basketball in 2028, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza, and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.
Compensation
- The range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- The role is classified as exempt.
