Sales Operations Analysts in the Go To Market Partnership Center are responsible for the operational support of internal Sales Teams, Account Managers & Principals to ensure successful Lead to Order opportunity management throughout the sales cadence process.
This role calls for proactive, detail-focused professionals with exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across all levels of the organization. Ideal candidates thrive on solving complex problems, excel in fostering cross-team collaboration, and are driven to deliver impactful results.
Essential Functions • Management of Salesforce (SFDC) opportunities from Pipeline to Close. Includes: Updating of Stages and Forecast Category, Adding/Updating of Products and Revenue Allocation, producing pricing support documents, and processing deals with finance. • Assisting in preparing templates for Statements of Work and initial Contract submissions. • Coordination of Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform. Includes: Coordinating Pricing Assistants for Resource Hours and Budgets, Creating Projects and Assigning Principals in Charge and Project Managers. • Attend pipeline calls/ team meetings with internal clients as requested and perform Salesforce and PSA updates post-call. • Cross functional Team coordination (Business Leads, Contracting, Finance, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth processing of opportunities. • Continuous, pro-active coordination with internal client contacts and business personnel, to foster and maintain relationships. • Maintain the team’s document repository making sure information are up to date. • Accomplish other Ad-Hoc tasks, business initiatives and special projects as needed. • Help in strategic planning and analysis with Account Managers/PICs as needed.
Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree • 2-3 years of experience in sales support and customer service • Finance/Sales Operations/Customer Relationship Management background is preferred • Strong Excel knowledge • Preferrable with experience of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) • SAP and SFDC or any other CRM system knowledge is a benefit • Strong team player and accepts coaching opportunities positively • Flexibility and willingness to join a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
