Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
• Supporting the development of a subject recruitment plan
• Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices in accordance with regulatory requirements, i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
• Managing progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form (CRF) completion, and data query resolution
• Collaborating with experts at study sites and with client representatives

Qualifications:

• University degree in scientific discipline or health care
• At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience
• Good knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements
• Very good computer skills including MS Office
• Excellent command of Turkish and English language
• Organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients
• Flexibility to travel
• Driver’s license class B

For candidates able to start before September 2026, a discretionary sign‑on bonus of up to 210,000 TRY may be offered, with the final amount confirmed at offer stage, subject to role level and relevant experience.
