Senior Confirmit Survey Programmer

The Confirmit Programmer / Survey Scripter is responsible for the end-to-end development, programming, testing, deployment, and maintenance of online survey solutions using the Confirmit platform. This role serves as a technical expert in survey scripting and survey logic development, working closely with Project Managers, Researchers, Sampling Teams, Data Processing, and Operations to deliver high-quality research solutions. The successful candidate will possess strong survey programming expertise, advanced questionnaire scripting skills, and a deep understanding of market research methodologies and data collection best practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Create new survey questions or formats within existing Confirmit platform.

· Develop reusable templates and scripting standards featuring new capability.

· Program and deploy online surveys using Confirmit.

· Translate client specifications, questionnaires, and research requirements into fully functional survey instruments.

· Develop complex survey logic including skip patterns, routing, randomization, quotas, piping, and validations.

· Script multilingual and multi-country studies.

· Conduct survey testing and quality assurance before launch.

· Create and validate data exports and reporting outputs.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Market Research, or related field.

· 5+ years of survey programming experience.

· 3+ years of hands-on Confirmit programming experience.

· Experience scripting to provide innovative visual or functional survey solutions.

Required Survey Scripter Skills

· Advanced expertise in Confirmit.

· Strong understanding of survey scripting methodologies.

· Experience with quota management, advanced routing, randomization, conjoint studies, MaxDiff, tracking studies, and Saw Tooth functionality.

· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.

· Knowledge of API integrations and external data sources.

· Understanding of survey research principles and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience developing new or enhanced Confirmit features.

· Experience with automation and reusable scripting frameworks.

· Experience with additional platforms such as Qualtrics, Decipher, or Forsta.
