Site Enrollment & Engagement Lead

Internal Job Description

Join our team as a Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead and play a pivotal role in advancing clinical research. This role collaborates with research staff and stakeholders to drive trial recruitment and deliver study-specific training. Acting as a strategic partner, you will optimize site experience and performance while fostering strong relationships and sharing medical and scientific information with healthcare providers and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop study-specific action plans with research sites to accelerate recruitment and support procedural training.
• Educate healthcare professionals and their staff on study protocols related to clinical trials.
• Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial participants.
• Maintain and analyze customer records to tailor strategies for pre-screening, screening, and enrollment.
• Complete internal reporting and organize group events to optimize program delivery.
• Address and manage objections effectively.
• Stay current with technical knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Health Sciences or related field, or equivalent academic/professional qualifications
• Clinical research experience at the site level required
• Nurse or other healthcare professional preferred
• CRA experience preferred
• High flexibility to travel (including internationally if needed).
• Clinical competence in the therapeutic area.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple functions.
