Ivy Tech seeks qualified adjunct faculty to supplement the Information Technology instruction needs of our students at the Evansville, IN campus. This role will teach student going into a wide variety of IT roles including Cyber Security and Information Assurance.
Adjunct Faculty positions are temporary, part-time positions hired each semester on an as-needed basis. The adjunct faculty member will be responsible for creating a learning environment that assists students in reaching their goals; and for providing effective instruction and assessment within the framework of common syllabi provided by the School.
Candidates considered for adjunct positions under this postings must be able to provide instruction in person at the Evansville, IN campus.

A qualified faculty member in Information Technology Support (ITSP) meets the program standard through one of three routes: • Possesses an earned master’s degree or higher, from a regionally accredited institution, in information technology as appropriate to the program; or • Possesses an earned related or out-of-field master’s degree, from a regionally accredited institution, with documentation in two or more of the following:
or • Possesses an earned bachelor’s degree, from a regionally accredited institution, in information technology or related field as appropriate to the program, with documentation in two or more of the following:
