Chief Engineer (m/w/d)

Als Chief Engineer (m/w/d) verantworten Sie die komplette technische Infrastruktur eines hochmodernen Innovationszentrums – mehrere Gebäude, Pilotanlagen, Labore. Sie führen ein Team von rund 10 Technikprofis und sorgen dafür, dass alles läuft. 24/7/365. Sie optimieren Wartungsstrategien, koordinieren Dienstleister, sparen Kosten ein und halten höchste Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie erwartet

Technisches Asset Management

• Präventive Instandhaltung planen und steuern – ungeplante Ausfälle minimieren, Wartungszyklen optimieren
• Verfügbarkeit aller Systeme sicherstellen: BMS, HVAC, Elektro, Sanitär, Brandschutz, Laborlüftung
• Gebäudemanagementsystem intelligent steuern und weiterentwickeln

Team & Führung

• Technisches Team (ca. 10 Mitarbeiter) führen und entwickeln
• Kompetenzen der Mitarbeiter aufbauen und das Team motivieren
• One-Team-Kultur leben und fördern
• Schichten, Bereitschaftsdienste, Urlaube koordinieren

Koordination & Schnittstellen

• Subunternehmer steuern sowie mit Projektmanagern und Service-Teams zusammenarbeiten
• Bei Investitionsprojekten technisch unterstützen
• Alle technischen Aktivitäten über unser Ticketsystem managen

Compliance & Sicherheit

• Alle gesetzlichen, JLL-internen und kundenspezifischen Anforderungen erfüllen
• Sachverständigenprüfungen, Audits und Inspektionen koordinieren
• Mit europäischen Fachexperten Hand in Hand arbeiten

Performance & Innovation

• KPIs tracken, reporten, Verbesserungen ableiten
• Kosten senken – ohne Abstriche bei Qualität und Sicherheit
• Neue Technologien identifizieren und implementieren
• Budget und Bestellungen gemäß JLL-Standards managen

Damit überzeugen Sie uns

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Gebäudetechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbar
• Alternativ: Meister Haustechnik (HLS, Kälte-Klima)
• Mehrjährige Praxis im technischen Gebäudemanagement – idealerweise in komplexen Liegenschaften (Labore, Produktion, Innovation Centers) nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Führung eines Temas sowie in der Koordinierung und Steuerung von Subunternehmern
• Sichere Beherrschung der Gebäudetechnik (HVAC, MSR/BMS, Sanitär, Brandschutz) Routine im Umgang mit CAFM, Ticketsystemen und Work-Order-Management Sicheres Verständnis von BetrSichV, DGUV & Co.
• Erfahren in präventiver Instandhaltung, technische Dokumentation und KPI-Tracking
• Hands-on mit strategischem Blick
• Serviceorientiert und kommunikationsstark
• Selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
• Teamplayer mit Schnittstellenkompetenz
• sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sicheres Englisch
• Bereit für gelegentliche Bereitschaftsdienste
