What this job involves:
Supporting the Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities account, this is a strategic product leadership role where you'll own the end-to-end product strategy, technology vision, and delivery roadmap for JLL's corporate real estate and facilities technology ecosystem. You'll operate as a senior thought partner to leadership, architecting the product and integration strategy that connects enterprise facilities management platforms, workplace service systems, and emerging AI/ML capabilities into a cohesive, scalable technology stack. This position requires you to define the "what" and "why" as much as the "how"—driving cross-organizational influence without direct authority, authoring strategy documents that earn Director- and VP-level conviction, and building mechanisms that transform fragmented tooling into a self-improving operational flywheel that delivers measurable business impact.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Define multi-year product strategy and roadmap: Own the technology vision spanning enterprise CMMS platforms, workplace service systems, and integration layers, driving execution across engineering, operations, and vendor partners
- Establish and drive north-star metrics: Define measures of technology investment success—user adoption, operational efficiency gains, system reliability, and total cost of ownership reduction—and build the goals, reporting, and review mechanisms around them
- Architect integration frameworks and product capabilities: Design, pilot, and scale the systems that connect facilities management, workplace services, and enterprise platforms into a self-reinforcing ecosystem that reduces manual handoffs and accelerates time-to-resolution
- Model technology economics and build investment cases: Develop ROI analyses, total cost of ownership models, and investment proposals that earn executive approval, identifying where platform or contract interventions transform vendor relationships into high-performing partnerships
- Identify and unblock systemic barriers: Remove blockers to technology adoption by addressing process gaps, vendor constraints, data quality issues, and cross-organizational dependencies—including negotiating requirements onto worldwide platform roadmaps
- Author strategic documents and secure alignment: Write 3-year technology strategies, annual operating plans, investment proposals, and business reviews that translate complex technical landscapes into crisp narratives that drive executive action and cross-organizational commitment
- Champion GenAI and advanced analytics applications: Identify opportunities to apply generative AI, machine learning, and analytics to compress insight-to-impact cycles—from intelligent ticket routing and predictive maintenance to automated knowledge management
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience in enterprise environments
- 10+ years blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives focused on process creation, standardization, and improvement
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Proven experience owning and driving roadmap strategy, definition, and end-to-end product delivery
- Demonstrated track record as a product manager or owner with experience managing feature delivery and product tradeoffs
- Portfolio of authored strategy documents (3-year plans, operating plans, investment proposals) that have earned Director- or VP-level approval and organizational commitment
- Experience communicating complex technical and strategic information to senior leaders and influencing decisions without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience owning technology products in enterprise facilities environments (CMMS, IWMS, workplace platforms, or equivalent systems)
- Proven capability in business case development and ROI analysis for large-scale technology investments
- Experience managing competing priorities across complex, matrixed stakeholder environments and using data-driven metrics to drive business decisions
- Track record working directly with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to define product requirements and bring enterprise products to market
- Domain expertise in one or more areas: facilities management operations, corporate real estate technology, workplace services, or enterprise platform integration
- Hands-on experience applying GenAI, machine learning, or advanced analytics to solve operational or product challenges at scale
- Demonstrated ability troubleshooting complex cross-system issues and designing scalable solutions across enterprise technology stacks
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
