Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused Case Manager Specialist to support our team throughout various stages of personal injury cases. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, manage intake processes, coordinate medical record requests, maintain case files, and provide litigation support through document review, demand preparation, calendaring, and case organization.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM - to 06:00 PM EST

Monthly Compensation: 1,220 to 1,320 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Organize case files according to litigation and case status.

• Review complaints, pleadings, and discovery-related documents.

• Assist with reviewing and preparing demand letters.

• Review records for completeness and accuracy.

• Conduct client intake and case screening.

• Monitor court deadlines and maintain case calendars.

• Follow up with providers, clients, and third parties as needed.

• Gather, verify, and maintain client information.

• Schedule consultations, appointments, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Legal, personal injury, or law firm experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software.
