This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Services Sales Manager based in United States.

This role is responsible for driving services revenue growth across the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region while supporting select U.S. opportunities as needed. You will partner with sales teams, channel organizations, customers, and systems integrators to identify and close high-value services opportunities. The position combines consultative selling, strategic account planning, business development, and executive relationship management. You will focus on increasing services attachment to product bookings, expanding services penetration, and developing new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. Success requires the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and translate customer priorities into compelling services solutions and business cases. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Sales, Consulting, Customer Success, Product Management, and Delivery teams to advance opportunities and support strong customer outcomes. This is a remote, high-impact sales role suited to an experienced services professional with strong regional market knowledge and a passion for customer experience and technology.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage services sales activities across an assigned CALA territory or portfolio of accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives and virtual account teams to increase services attachment on new product bookings and expand services revenue within existing customers.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies to identify, qualify, and advance services opportunities.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, systems integrators, and alliance organizations on partner-led services opportunities and joint account planning.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and develop strategies to increase services penetration across assigned accounts and territories.
  • Conduct customer discovery sessions and business assessments to understand business objectives, challenges, transformation initiatives, and desired outcomes.
  • Develop and present compelling services value propositions, proposals, business cases, and statements of work.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer decision-makers, executive sponsors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead executive-level conversations around deployment strategies, business outcomes, adoption plans, and services value.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Sales, Consulting, Customer Success, Product Management, and Delivery teams to progress opportunities and support successful customer outcomes.
  • Analyze customer and market data to identify trends, risks, whitespace, and growth opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and forecast information and provide reliable quarterly revenue projections.
  • Ensure adherence to established services sales methodologies, operational processes, and governance requirements.
  • Stay current on Contact Center, Workforce Engagement, CCaaS, AI, and Customer Experience trends, particularly across the CALA market.
  • Contribute to regional and global services sales initiatives by sharing best practices and supporting continuous process improvements.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual services revenue targets and related performance objectives.
  • Provide services sales expertise on selected U.S.-based strategic opportunities when business needs require additional support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in software, systems integration, technology, professional services, or a related services environment.
  • Proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing services sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding assigned services revenue targets.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and organizational levels.
  • Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder-influencing skills, including executive-level engagement.
  • Experience collaborating across sales, consulting, delivery, partner, and customer success organizations.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate services strategies and business value propositions to executive customer audiences.
  • Experience developing customer proposals, business cases, statements of work, and services recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20–25% of the time, primarily throughout CALA.
  • Professional fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Contact Center and/or CCaaS knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience supporting partner-led services engagements and working with channel partners or systems integrators is preferred.
  • Experience working with multinational customers across CALA and North America is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm is preferred.
  • Successful completion of applicable background screening and employment verification requirements.
  • Remote working arrangement based in the United States.
  • Full-time employment with the opportunity to work across an international customer and partner landscape.
  • Exposure to strategic services sales initiatives across CALA and North America.
  • Opportunities to work with cross-functional teams spanning sales, consulting, delivery, customer success, product, and partnerships.
  • Professional growth through complex enterprise sales engagements and executive-level customer interaction.
  • Opportunities to contribute to regional and global sales initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
  • Travel opportunities across the CALA region, with approximately 20–25% travel expected.
