Job Purpose

The purpose of the LCSW in our team is to provide comprehensive mental health support and counseling services, helping our clients navigate the complexities of their lives. Your specialty as an LCSW will be instrumental in building resilience among our clients and promoting their overall well-being.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide mental health support and counseling to individuals, families, and groups
• Work with clients to help them navigate emotional, social, and psychological challenges
• Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a high level of empathy for clients
• Apply active listening and problem-solving skills during client interactions
• Make informed decisions and suggestions based on knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment planning
• Utilize knowledge of community resources to provide relevant and effective support
