The role requires sound judgment, the ability to defend positions with both internal stakeholders and counterparties, and a collaborative approach within a global legal team.

Candidates should bring at least seven years of experience, including time at a top-tier US law firm and in-house roles focused on technology, SaaS, and software licensing. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage mission-critical tasks in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication with senior executives are essential.
