Are you an enthusiastic and methodical self-starter who aspires to join a progressive Human Resources (HR) team? We're in search of a dynamic and driven HR Business Partner to infuse energy into our leaders and workforce, aimed at fostering our business's growth and triumph. In this capacity, you will furnish a blend of strategic insight and hands-on involvement across the entire HR lifecycle, catering to both business leaders and employees. Your pivotal role will involve executing our HR strategies, extending exceptional internal support, and propelling functional HR excellence and process refinement.

Job Description:
Your primary focus will be aimed at propelling business success by providing unwavering support to our Commercial organization. Serving as the initial point of contact, you'll embrace a hands-on approach to monitoring the employee "pulse," ensuring a heightened level of engagement, and cultivating a positive workplace atmosphere. Your role will encompass aiding leaders in identifying employee performance matters, introducing and implementing effective performance management processes, and facilitating corrective action procedures, including managing write-ups and challenging conversations. This role partners closely with senior leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness, build leadership capability, and design scalable people strategies that support business growth within our Corporate functions.. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a passion for developing talent, driving organizational transformation, and enhancing employee performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and expertise on employee relations matters, addressing conflicts, performance issues, and facilitating positive work environments.
- Talent Management: Support talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
- Lead Change and Influence Outcomes: Partner with senior leadership to design and execute HR strategies that enable organizational transformation, growth, and efficiency.
- Leadership Development: Coach and challenge leaders to build capability, drive accountability, and develop high-performing teams.
- Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational growth and effectiveness, driving initiatives related to culture, change management, and employee engagement.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to state and federal employment laws, regulations, and policies in all HR practices.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR analytics to gather insights, make informed decisions, and contribute to HR strategy enhancement.
- Employee Development: Collaborate with managers to design and implement training programs that enhance skills and knowledge across the workforce.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve workplace disputes, fostering positive working relationships and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- HR Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine HR processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leader supporting corporate functions.
- Influence & Leadership: Proven ability to build trust, influence senior leaders, and drive organizational change across multiple business functions.
- HR Expertise: In-depth understanding of employment law, employee relations, talent/succession planning, and performance management.
- Analytical Acumen: Skilled at using HR data to identify trends, solve problems, and inform decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Agility & Initiative: Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with urgency and accountability.
- Systems & Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred).
