Job Description:

Job Definition:

  • Serve as the business systems SME for spares supply chain processes, including planning, inventory management, fulfillment, repair/replenishment flows, order management, master data, and operational reporting.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, IT, regional operations, planning, logistics, procurement, finance, and external partners to define business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
  • Lead fit-gap analysis, process mapping, root-cause analysis, and business impact assessments for system enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
  • Support system design, configuration validation, testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, training, and deployment readiness for spares supply chain capabilities.
  • Maintain strong governance over master data, process controls, reporting accuracy, and system adoption to improve operational visibility and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve automation, reduce manual work, increase data quality, and strengthen end-to-end spares supply chain performance.
  • Develop and maintain business documentation, including requirements, process maps, test scenarios, standard operating procedures, training materials, and change readiness artifacts.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and system performance indicators; partner with functional teams to resolve gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Project Management Responsibilities

  • Own project planning and execution for assigned spares supply chain system and process initiatives, ensuring clear scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and facilitate regular working sessions, status reviews, decision checkpoints, and escalation discussions.
  • Track project deliverables, risks, issues, actions, and decisions; proactively remove blockers and escalate items requiring leadership support.
  • Prepare concise project updates, executive summaries, implementation readiness reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Manage business readiness activities, including change impact assessment, communications, training coordination, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Ensure project outcomes align with business priorities, operational requirements, compliance expectations, and measurable value delivery.

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.

How will you make your mark

  • Independently develops solutions as BSA and PM for any project, including managing complex issues, by applying in-depth supply chain and industry knowledge.
  • Interprets data received and develop recommendations that optimize performance.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.
  • Owns BSA R&R and key supply chain projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution.
  • Consults with business leaders on a wide range of supply chain issues.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, business systems analysis, operations transformation, or enterprise systems support.
  • Strong working knowledge of spares/service parts supply chain processes, including inventory planning, replenishment, fulfillment, repair loops, logistics, and service operations.
  • Experience translating business needs into system requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and test scenarios.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across business and IT teams to deliver system enhancements, integrations, data improvements, and process changes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment with limited supervision.
  • Experience supporting project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and high-level modeling tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English and local language.
  • Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring.
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends.
  • Experience with Baxter tool, S4 , Jira, planning, service/spares supply chain, order management, inventory, logistics, or reporting platforms such, Oracle, Power BI or Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience with data governance, master data management, KPI dashboards, business intelligence, and operational analytics.
  • Experience supporting global supply chain transformation, systems integration, business process standardization, or post-merger integration initiatives.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex business and technical topics for leadership decision-making.
