We are seeking a Worldwide Sales & Channel Activation Lead to join our global Sales Activation and Communications team. In this highly visible role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping shape how key HPE priorities, programs, products, and initiatives are communicated to our worldwide sales organization and partner ecosystem.

What You'll Do
Strategic Business Partnership
- Serve as the primary activation and communications advisor for assigned business groups and functions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, program owners, and stakeholders across HPE, in close partnership with executive sale communications.
- Translate business priorities into strategic activation plans that align with organizational goals and sales motions.
- Influence activation strategies that help sellers and partners successfully engage customers and drive business growth.
Activation Planning & Execution
- Lead business planning and content strategy discussions with key stakeholders and leaders.
- Develop and execute integrated activation plans supporting product launches, strategic initiatives, and business priorities.
- Own monthly and quarterly editorial strategies that align content, communications, and business objectives.
- Plan and execute global webinars.
Communications & Content
- Identify opportunities to maximize audience engagement, improve message relevance, and simplify the communications experience.
- Transform complex business, operational, and technical concepts into clear, actionable communications for sales and partner audiences.
- Review activation deliverables including sales resources, email campaigns, and other digital content.
- Write/edit articles, executive communications, emails, scripts, etc.
- Ensure messaging is compelling, consistent, and aligned with HPE's strategic priorities.
Program Management & Measurement
- Manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and execution excellence.
- Track deliverables, dependencies, milestones, and risks across activation plans.
- Analyze engagement metrics and performance insights to continuously improve activation effectiveness.
- Use data-driven recommendations to influence future communications and activation strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Outstanding program and project management capabilities.
- Ability to simplify complex topics into clear and relevant messaging for diverse audiences, reflecting various go-to-market sales routes.
- Experience supporting sales organizations, partner ecosystems, or go-to-market initiatives.
- A data-driven mindset with demonstrated success using insights to improve engagement and outcomes.
- Ability to successfully navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and lead through influence in a highly matrixed environment.
- Strong judgment, initiative, and a passion for driving impact.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in communications, sales activation, sales enablement, marketing, program management, or related disciplines.
- Understanding of B2B technology markets, customer segments, and go-to-market models.
- Experience partnering with executives on communications, organizational priorities, and change initiatives.
- Familiarity with sales lifecycle processes, systems, and tools.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in communications, sales enablement, marketing, business operations, program management, or related roles.
- Experience supporting global organizations and cross-functional stakeholders preferred.
