Workflow Automation Engineer

Role Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a Workflow Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated workflows that improve operational efficiency. You'll connect systems, tools, and data sources to eliminate manual, repetitive work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated workflows across business and technical systems
• Integrate third-party tools and APIs to streamline processes
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities
• Test, monitor, and maintain automations for reliability and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
• Document automation logic and maintain a library of reusable workflows

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, integration, or process engineering
• Experience with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.)
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML)
• Basic scripting skills (JavaScript or Python)
• Strong analytical and process-mapping abilities

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience integrating AI/LLM tools into automated workflows
• Familiarity with databases and data transformation
• Background in business process analysis or operations
