Dr. Elizabeth Olson and the staff at Varsity Veterinary Center have provided Orlando compassionate veterinary care and pet services since opening in 2010, making us the animal clinic of choice for pet owners in and around the Orlando community. Our mission is to provide the highest standard of veterinary care for pets. Our staff is passionate about veterinary medicine and are extremely well trained. We are a 3-doctor general practice and will be relocating into a new building in Spring 2027!
POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a critical position that plays a key role in driving the performance of a veterinary hospital. Creates, drives and maintains a practice environment that facilitates the delivery of quality, compassionate, and efficient healthcare to animals. This position oversees the business and staff aspects of the practice and has responsibility for all support and operational functions, such as human resource, financial, operational, and business activities. In partnership with the Medical Director, this position communicates a vision of excellence and oversees a profitable operation.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. The team member must frequently use a computer for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities are required to do this job, including close vision. This position requires walking and/or standing for long periods of time, bending, reaching, grasping, and repetitive motions. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. This is not considered a remote position.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervisory responsibility for all of the team members at the hospital other than doctors. Works with the Medical Director to co-supervise Medical Support staff. This is not considered a remote position.
Starting compensation for this position is $55,000 annually with the bonus potential.
