Brand Studio Content Specialist

This role is located at our Corporate Office in Arden Hills, MN. We offer a hybrid work environment that consists of 3 days in the office (T/W/Th) and 2 days remote/virtual (M/F). This role does not offer full remote/virtual. This role does not offer relocation assistance.

The Brand Studio Content Specialist is a creative content maker who continues to sharpen their skill sets and capabilities, bringing with them a passion for brand storytelling. This role is responsible for capturing, developing, editing, producing and advancing brand-first content across channels and formats. The Brand Studio Content Specialist brings brand storytelling to life through social-first and audience-centered creative, partnering with central marketing, designers, culinary, and community development, agencies, media partners and other internal and external partners to deliver clear, high-impact creative assets aligned to brand strategy, voice, standards, channel needs and audience engagement across the enterprise.

Content Capture

  • Concept, plan, shoot, and capture content in multiple formats to support agile brand, campaign, activation and channel needs.
  • Support pre-production planning, including shot lists, content needs, logistics, and coordination with internal and external partners.
  • Capture social-first style video and photo content that supports campaign, activation, and always-on needs.
  • Partner with writers, culinary specialists, content producers, graphic designers, and other Brand Studio team members to develop concepts, align creative direction, and move content from idea to finished asset.
  • Develop and adapt content within established brand strategies, channel frameworks, audience priorities, and content guardrails provided by Community Development and brand teams.

Content Editing and Development

  • Develop and edit content for a multiple platforms and formats, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, email newsletters, websites, and other owned channels.
  • Apply social-first editing techniques, short-form content best practices, and platform-specific creative approaches.
  • Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Descript, app-native editing tools, and Adobe Creative Cloud to produce polished content.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand strategy, voice, standards, channel nuances, Legal requirements

Production/Producing

  • Coordinate and support creative production efforts from ideation through execution for small-scale agile content and larger-scale productions.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, culinary specialists, content producers, Community Development, agencies, media partners, freelancers, subject matter experts, and Legal to produce high-quality creative products that improve campaign, activation, social, digital and owned-channel content.
  • Contribute to creative ideation sessions and help bring brand expression to life across businesses, brands, campaigns, activations, and channels.
  • Deliver supplemental content that supports activation and campaign work and maximizes creative impact

Content and Discipline Advancement

  • Stay current on social-first creative trends, platform changes, AI integration, creative tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify and apply relevant trends and best practices in ways that strengthen brand storytelling while staying aligned to brand guardrails.
  • Continue building technical capability in tools and equipment such as Canon EOS cameras, photo and video lighting, Premiere, Illustrator, Lightroom, and related production platforms.

Content and Discipline Advancement

  • Stay current on social-first creative trends, platform changes, AI integration, creative tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify and apply relevant trends and best practices in ways that strengthen brand storytelling while staying aligned to brand guardrails.
  • Continue building technical capability in tools and equipment such as Canon EOS cameras, photo and video lighting, Premiere, Illustrator, Lightroom, and related production platforms.

The salary range for this role is $70,800 - $106,200. In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
