Job Description:

Responsible for managing end-to-end production planning, execution, and material control across external manufacturing partners (OSATs). This role ensures production plans align with customer demand, inventory targets, capacity availability, and delivery commitments while driving operational excellence and supply continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate the Master Production Schedule (MPS) into executable weekly and daily production plans for assigned subcontractors.
  • Monitor production execution, including WIP, cycle time, throughput, and on-time delivery performance.
  • Develop and manage capacity plans, proactively identifying and resolving capacity constraints, material shortages, and operational risks.
  • Drive supply-demand alignment and support inventory optimization strategies.
  • Track and report key subcontractor KPIs, including Schedule Adherence, Capacity Utilization, Cycle Time, Yield, and On-Time Delivery.
  • Lead operational reviews with OSAT partners and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Program Management teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in production planning, supply planning, manufacturing operations, or subcontractor management within the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong experience working with OSAT partners and outsourced semiconductor manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex supply-demand challenges, capacity planning, and production execution in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including Wafer Sort, Bump, Assembly, and Final Test.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
