About the Job

As our Retail Training & Communications Coordinator, you will play a key role in elevating the employee and consumer experience across our retail stores and franchise network in Brazil. You will lead training, communication and engagement initiatives that enable our store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

• Lead the planning and execution of retail training and communication strategies, including learning journeys, onboarding programs, product education and sales capability development for store teams.
• Manage and optimize retail communication and learning platforms, ensuring content governance, user engagement, reporting and continuous improvement across Brazil.
• Drive Retail Excellence programs and initiatives, including customer experience, recognition, onboarding, engagement campaigns, mystery shopping and incentive programs that support business and people outcomes.
• Coordinate national retail events, leadership meetings and franchise engagement forums, partnering with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Analyze engagement, training and business performance metrics to measure impact, identify opportunities and continuously improve the retail employee experience.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in Training, Retail Operations, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Retail Excellence, or related functions.
• Experience designing and deploying training programs, engagement initiatives and communication strategies for multi-site retail environments.
• Experience managing learning management systems (LMS), communication platforms or digital learning tools.
• Strong experience in project management, event coordination and stakeholder management across multiple business functions.
• Advanced English proficiency, including interaction with regional and global teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including reporting, KPI tracking and presentation development.

Location

This is a hybrid position based in São Paulo, Brazil. You will be expected to work from the office on designated in-office days, based on business needs and company guidelines.
