Summary of the Role:

You'll be a part of IT-consultants like in-house team comprising of Solution Engineers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers. We embed the majority of the finance solution in SAP/S4, Essbase and HFM. The source data for all is SAP/S4 and therefore you're comfort level with SAP/S4, its native capabilities and options to integrate with other applications is crucial. We ask that you have experience working with planning and consolidations business processes, manage a team of solution consultants and manage/support financial applications.

About the Role:

*Lead with SI's/ Implementers in requirement gathering and workshop.

*Provide architectural and solution guidance for technology implementation.

*Develop and support SAP Planning and Consolidation Application (SAP SAC and Group Reporting)

*Perform testing of systems and solutions to design specifications.

*Ensure documentation of requirement, design/ solution, and specifications.

*Collaborate with technical team to deliver the solution

*Support testing cycles and defect fix

*Provide hyper-care and post go-live support

*Willingness and capability to grow into a functional Subject Matter Expert across SAP FI-CO, Planning and Consolidation.

About you:

*7+ years of experience working with financial planning, analysis, consolidations processes.

*Experience managing a team of 2-6

*5+ Years working with SAP Planning and Consolidation Tools.

*Functional Knowledge of Financial Planning processes like Revenue Planning, Product Cost planning, Workforce Planning, Opex Planning, Capex Planning, P&L Planning, Balance sheet and Cash flow planning including knowledge of cross process and integration across the different planning processes.

*Experienced in design and implementation of planning and analysis tools for FP&A, from SAP required – SAP SAC and BPC.

*Working knowledge on SAC Planning models, dimensions, hierarchies, stories, data actions, and currency conversion tables. Develop interactive dashboards, analytical stories, and self-service visualisations

*2+ SAC implementation experience preferred or 1 SAC implementation along with 4+ SAP BPC/Group Reporting /IP implementation is acceptable.

*Working Knowledge in COPA and Project Systems will be an added advantage.

*Accounting knowledge and business process understanding required.

*Prefer candidates with CA/CPA, ICWA or Masters in Accounting/Finance.
