About the Role

The Content Lead - Japan acts as the strategic bridge between the existing Japan content portfolio and the future Regulatory Compliance+ Japan proposition. This role leads content alignment and migration initiatives while representing the voice of the Japanese market within Regulatory Compliance Global. Working collaboratively across local and global teams, you will help shape the future direction of Regulatory Compliance in Japan through customer insight, content expertise, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define Japan content strategy and roadmap.
• Lead content migration and alignment activities.
• Identify content gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Engage customers to understand compliance challenges.
• Translate customer insight into content and product recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on Japanese regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Drive change initiatives and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Legal/compliance qualification or equivalent professional expertise.
• Experience in legal, regulatory, compliance, publishing, or information services.
• Strong understanding of Japan's regulatory environment.
• Fluent Japanese and business-level English.
• Strong research, analytical, and editorial skills.
• Experience with senior stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to influence across teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
