Account Manager I - 1035

The Account Manager I is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring client needs are met, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. They drive account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling while helping customers achieve their goals and maximize value from the company's solutions.

Major Responsibilities:

Education And Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a related role.
• Must have experience within a DAAS or SAAS environment
• Experience with sales prospecting, account management, and sales processes.
• Strong communication and presentation development skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
