Must have Skills:Configuration Database & CI Management Good to Have Skills: ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Job Requirements: '', Key Responsibilities: 1 Manage data with tables in the CMDB and Assets and its Data Sources 2 Plans and manages a population of the Configuration Management System, including discovery and other data import methods 3 Configure efficient Identification and Reconciliation 4 Monitor CMDB health and resolve conflicts between authoritative data sources 5 Define and maintain standard CIs, CI relationships, and CMDB Classification with relevance to the business needs 6 Configure, develop, enhance, and implement application mapping Technical Experience: 1 Strong knowledge on ITAM tools like ServiceNow, BMC, Flexera 2 Good to have - MID Server configurations for Integrations data pull 3 Good to have - Customizes ServiceNow configuration, including custom scripts Professional Attributes:1 Minimum 4-5 years of experience ServiceNow 2 Minimum 5 years of experience in IT asset / CMDB management 3 Experience in IT Asset Management process and operational delivery environment 4 Excellent communication and presentation skills 5 Excellent communication interpersonal skills.
