Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your deep product knowledge to interpret client concerns and design effective resolutions, all while maintaining exceptional communication to foster strong relationships and enhance client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance their skills.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMware Virtualization Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud computing platforms. - Strong understanding of system performance monitoring and optimization. - Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for virtualization environments. - Experience in managing virtual networks and storage solutions.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in VMware Virtualization Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
