Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client support and system functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. - Troubleshoot network security implementation issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues. - Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in network security implementation.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Implementation. - Strong understanding of network security protocols and technologies. - Experience with firewall configuration and management. - Knowledge of intrusion detection and prevention systems. - Hands-on experience in implementing security policies and procedures.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Network Security Implementation. - This position is based at our Nagpur office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
