Summary: As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or solutions, and conducting thorough research to collect and integrate relevant information. The role demands a thoughtful approach to designing effective business processes that support organizational goals and technology integration.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements. - Document and communicate business processes and workflows clearly to stakeholders. - Support the development and implementation of business solutions by providing detailed analysis. - Assist in identifying risks and opportunities related to business process improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams. - Ability to document complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable plans. - Experience with process modeling and business process reengineering techniques. - Skilled in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information to support decision-making.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
