Summary: As a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer, you will design, develop, and support enterprise database applications using Oracle technologies. The role requires extensive expertise in Oracle PL/SQL programming, SQL development, stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, database performance tuning, and optimization. The developer will build scalable database solutions, support high-volume transactional applications, develop data processing frameworks, and integrate Oracle databases with enterprise applications. Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture, data modeling, query optimization, ETL processes, and database performance management is required to deliver reliable and efficient database solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database solutions using PL/SQL, SQL, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers. 2. Develop complex SQL queries and optimize database performance for enterprise applications. 3. Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable database solutions. 4. Design and implement database objects including tables, indexes, constraints, views, and materialized views. 5. Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning using execution plans, indexing strategies, and optimization techniques. 6. Develop database scripts for data migration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities. 7. Implement error handling, exception management, logging, and auditing mechanisms in PL/SQL programs. 8. Develop and maintain interfaces between Oracle databases and external applications. 9. Troubleshoot database issues and provide production support for critical enterprise applications. 10. Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects for performance and scalability. 11. Collaborate with application teams, architects, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver database solutions. 12. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Oracle development standards and best practices. 13. Create technical documentation including design specifications, deployment documents, and support guides. 14. Support Agile development processes, sprint activities, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. 15. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Oracle PL/SQL development standards and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills: 1. 14+ years of experience in Oracle Database Development and PL/SQL Programming. 2. Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL including Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, Cursors, Collections, Dynamic SQL, and Exception Handling. 3. Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL including complex queries, joins, subqueries, analytical functions, and query optimization. 4. Hands-on experience with Oracle Database versions including 11g, 12c, 18c, and 19c. 5. Strong knowledge of database objects including tables, views, indexes, constraints, sequences, synonyms, and materialized views. 6. Expertise in SQL performance tuning, query optimization, execution plan analysis, and indexing strategies. 7. Strong understanding of relational database concepts, normalization, and data modeling. 8. Experience with Oracle performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and database optimization. 9. Knowledge of Oracle utilities including SQL Loader, Data Pump, External Tables, and UTL Packages. 10. Experience with ETL processes, batch processing, data migration, and data reconciliation activities. 11. Strong understanding of transaction management, locking mechanisms, concurrency, and database performance concepts. 12. Experience integrating Oracle databases with enterprise applications, middleware platforms, and external systems. 13. Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting for automation and database support activities.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 14 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
