Cloud Services Engineer

Project Role : Cloud Services Engineer Project Role Description : Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends. Summary: Designs, builds, configures, tests, and deploys AI agents and agentic workflows that automate business processes, support intelligent decision-making, and integrate with enterprise systems. Focuses on hands-on development using LLMs, memory and state management, external APIs, RAG, agent orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI platforms. Collaborates with Agentic Architects, Integration Developers, and Business Analysts to convert business use cases into working agent solutions that can reason, retrieve information, call tools, manage context, and support human-in-the-loop or fully autonomous workflows.
