◆業務内容 ・エンタープライズ領域におけるアジャイル トランスフォーメーションを推進するアジャイル CoEの一員として、Large Scale Agileにおけるスクラムマスター、アジャイルコーチ、アジャイル PMOを担当して頂きます。 ・アジャイル CoEは、アジャイル トランスフォーメーションにおけるアジャイル成熟度評価、ロードマップ作成からデリバリーまでをお客様と協業し、ビジネスアジリティ向上に貢献することをミッションとしています。 ・通信・メディア、公共・医療、金融、素材・エネルギー、製造・流通といった各産業/業界を対象とします。

◆応募要件 以下①-③のご経験をすべてお持ちの方 （①はアジャイル観点、②③はエンジニアリング基礎観点） ①SAFe、LeSS、SCRUMなどのアジャイルの知見・経験がある方（SPC/SPCT等の資格を保有している方が望ましい） ②以下の技術スタックのいずれか、あるいは類似する技術について3年以上の開発経験があること ・フロントサイド：Angular, React, Flutter, TypeScript, JavaScript など ・サーバサイド：Java, Spring boot, Node.js など ・データベース：Oracle, MySQL, Postgresql, Aurora/RDS/Redshift, Redis など ・コンテナ：Docker, Kubernetes, Microservice など ・クラウド：AWS, Azure, GCP ③以下のツール使用経験があること ・Github ・Jenkins ・JIRA/Confluence ・Teams/Slack
