Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements to ensure that solutions effectively support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to application development, ensuring that the software meets both functional and operational expectations while adapting to dynamic business environments. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate with junior professionals to support their integration and contribution to project deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional, Salesforce Sales Cloud. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration options. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable application solutions within Salesforce environments. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Salesforce ecosystems. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues to ensure seamless application performance.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional. - This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location. - A 15 years full time education is required.
