Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project requirements, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations and enhance user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of scalable software solutions that address complex business challenges. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software development with business objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce B2B Commerce. - Strong experience in customizing and extending Salesforce B2B Commerce capabilities to meet diverse business requirements. - Ability to design and implement complex workflows and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
