Summary: Accenture is seeking an experienced OT Communications & SCADA Integration Engineer to support industrial communication systems, telemetry infrastructure, protocol gateways, and SCADA integrations across upstream and midstream Oil & Gas operations.

The role will focus on troubleshooting data acquisition issues, protocol communications, polling systems, and integrations between field devices and enterprise SCADA platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with industrial communications, RTU/PLC connectivity, protocol configuration, and SCADA data collection platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities: Support industrial communication and telemetry systems. Administer and troubleshoot AutoSol communication platforms. Support communication infrastructure between field assets and SCADA systems. Monitor and troubleshoot polling failures and communication outages. Support protocol gateways and communication middleware. Troubleshoot data acquisition issues between RTUs, PLCs, and SCADA applications. Validate operational data flow, communication health, and interface performance. Support integration troubleshooting between SCADA and enterprise systems. Perform protocol diagnostics and communication testing. Coordinate with field technicians, network teams, and vendors to resolve connectivity issues. Support upgrades and configuration changes for communication systems.

Professional & Technical Skills: 5+ years of experience supporting industrial communication systems. Hands-on experience in one or more of: AutoSol ACM SCADA Data Gateway Telepace Studio Industrial Telemetry Systems Experience troubleshooting: OPC DA/UA Modbus DNP3 TCP/IP Networks Understanding of RTU, PLC, and field device communications. Experience with data acquisition systems and polling configurations. Strong network troubleshooting skills. Understanding of SCADA communication architecture. Experience supporting mission-critical OT environments.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have relevant experience in SCADA, HMI(SCADA) and AMS / production support environments. - Experience in downstream manufacturing, OT, SCADA, PLC, DCS, historian, industrial integration, or energy domain support is preferred where applicable. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
