Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the intended business requirements. The position demands proactive communication and collaboration to align technical efforts with organizational goals, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges that arise during the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to optimize application performance and integration.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Enterprise Asset Management. - Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and maintenance processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise asset management modules. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with database management and integration techniques related to Oracle EBS. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable software design.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle EBS Enterprise Asset Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
