Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires engaging in coding activities, refining existing applications, and collaborating within an agile environment to ensure the delivery of efficient and scalable software. The work focuses on creating high-quality, customized components that meet specific organizational requirements while adapting to evolving project needs and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Strong knowledge of integration design patterns and best practices within enterprise environments. - Experience with API development and management to facilitate seamless data exchange. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently. - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration processes. - Competence in using debugging and monitoring tools to ensure integration reliability.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.

Certified in Workday Integration. Should have WD Implementation experience at least worked in minimum 2 SI projects.
