Full Stack Developer (React + Java Spring Boot + AWS) Location Bengaluru or Hyderabad Must work from designated White Room / Secure Bay facility 5 days per week from office due to production data access requirements Secure Bay facility which is a controlled work environment Work timings 1 PM to 10:30 PM Experience 5+ years preferred Strong 4+ years candidates may be considered based on assessment Role Overview We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to support a strategic modernization initiative involving migration of Plan Performance Insights (PPI) reporting capabilities into the Plan Sponsor Center (PSC) platform. The selected candidates will build scalable APIs and modern UI components that enable plan sponsors to access, analyze, and interact with retirement plan performance data. The role involves working in a highly secure environment with access to sensitive production data and close collaboration with onshore and offshore teams. Mandatory Skills Front-End React.js development experience Strong understanding of modern UI development practices HTML JavaScript TypeScript Back-End Java Spring Boot REST API development API design and integration Cloud AWS o S3 o EC2 o Basic AWS deployment services o Cloud-hosted application understanding Database Strong SQL query writing skills Experience working with: o Complex joins o Multiple tables o Data retrieval optimization Preferred Skills Snowflake Basic Snowflake understanding preferred Ability to write SQL queries against Snowflake beneficial Not mandatory Additional UI Technologies Candidates with strong Java/Spring Boot/AWS skills and exposure to: Angular Other UI frameworks may be considered if willing to upskill on React quickly.
