Summary: As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural decisions for custom software projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of best practices and development standards within the team. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical capabilities and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Good To Have Skills: Product and Market Strategy. - Strong ability to manage and adapt Agile frameworks to suit project needs and team dynamics. - Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on schedule. - Skilled in risk management and mitigation strategies within software development lifecycles. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration and alignment.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
