Roles & Responsibilities: - Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. - Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and promote best practices in software development. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from planned objectives. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and technology adoption. - Assist junior professionals in understanding project requirements and integrating into the development workflow.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java (Programming Language). - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns. - Experience with performance tuning and scalability considerations in software development. - Ability to lead and coordinate development teams effectively. - Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in code quality.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Java (Programming Language). - This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location. - A 15 years full time education is required.
