Summary: Ensures reliability, availability, and operational excellence of enterprise Messaging & Collaboration platforms. Partners with Engineering, Security, Networking, and Service Management teams minimize disruptions, automate operational tasks, improve platform health, and continuously enhance the end-user experience across Microsoft 365 environments.

Roles & Responsibilities: -Maintain high availability proactive health checks & incident support -Operate Exchange Online, Hybrid, Teams, Teams Rooms & OneDrive -Configure monitoring, tune alerts, build dashboards, reduce alert fatigue -PowerShell, Power Automate, Graph API — eliminate toil & streamline ops -ITIL processes, runbooks, CAB participation & disaster recovery support -Cross-functional teamwork incident comms, mentoring & post-incident reviews

Professional & Technical Skills: Exchange Online, Exchange On-Prem/Hybrid, Teams, Teams Rooms, OneDrive Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO PowerShell, Power Automate, Power BI, Graph API, Dashboards Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, PKI, TCP/IP, Authentication Protocols SLO/SLI monitoring, RCA, capacity planning, performance tuning, resilience ITIL v4 — Incident, Problem, Change & Knowledge Management

Additional Information: QUALIFICATIONS 8–12+ years in Messaging & Collaboration / M365 operations Hands-on with Exchange Online, Teams & M365 services Hybrid Microsoft environments & identity services Strong PowerShell scripting & enterprise support experience Bachelor's in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert Messaging Administrator Associate Azure Admin Associate, Identity & Access Admin Associate Power Platform certifications, ITIL Foundation v4 AIOps & Microsoft 365 Copilot for assisted operations Predictive monitoring & self-healing automation Teams Premium & intelligent meeting experiences Cloud-native observability Digital Employee Experience (DEX) & XLA-driven ops KEY KPIs Service availability, SLO achievement, MTTD & MTTR Incident recurrence reduction & automation hours saved Alert accuracy, change success rate, toil reduction CSAT / Experience Level Agreements (XLAs) - A 15 years full time education is required.
