Summary: Ensures reliability, availability, and operational stability of enterprise endpoint management services across physical devices and Windows 365 Cloud PCs. Partners with Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Service Management teams to reduce operational risk, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance the end-user experience across cloud-first endpoint environments.

Roles & Responsibilities: -High availability monitoring proactive health checks & incident support -Operate Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 365, Autopilot & co-management -Monitor compliance/patching drift, tune alerts, build health dashboards -PowerShell, Graph API, proactive remediations — eliminate toil ITIL processes, runbooks, CAB participation & DR/BC support -Cross-team engagement incident comms, mentoring & post-incident reviews

Professional & Technical Skills: Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Autopilot, Co-management Endpoint Analytics, Windows Update for Business, Patch & Software Deployment Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, Hybrid Identity, Conditional Access, MFA PowerShell scripting, Graph API, , Automation Frameworks Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI, TCP/IP, Authentication ITIL v4 — Incident, Problem, Change & Knowledge Management

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. QUALIFICATIONS 8–12+ years in Endpoint Management / Digital Workplace ops Hands-on with Intune, SCCM/MECM & Windows endpoint management Enterprise-scale physical & Windows 365 Cloud PC environments Strong PowerShell scripting & automation skills Bachelor's in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS MS Endpoint Administrator Associate Azure Administrator Associate Identity & Access Administrator Associate Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals, ITIL v4 INNOVATION FOCUS Windows 365 Cloud PC & Intune Suite enhancements AIOps & Microsoft Security Copilot for endpoint ops Proactive remediations, Windows Autopatch & self-healing Cloud-native endpoint mgmt Digital Employee Experience (DEX) & XLA-driven operations KEY KPIs Platform availability, device & patch compliance rates SLO achievement, MTTD & MTTR Automation hours saved, alert accuracy & toil reduction CSAT / Experience Level Agreements (XLAs) - A 15 years full time education is required.
