Summary: As a Senior TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV) Architect, you will design, develop, and implement enterprise data virtualization solutions that enable unified access to distributed data sources across the organization. The role requires extensive expertise in TIBCO Data Virtualization Platform, logical data warehousing, virtual data layers, data integration, and information management. The architect will have strong experience integrating heterogeneous data sources, developing virtual views and services, optimizing query performance, implementing security and governance frameworks, and delivering real-time data access solutions. The role also requires proficiency in SQL, data modeling, REST/SOAP services, cloud integration, and enterprise data architecture to support modern data initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and implement enterprise data virtualization solutions using TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV). 2. Build logical data warehouses by integrating structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from multiple enterprise systems. 3. Develop and manage virtual databases, views, procedures, and reusable data services within the TDV platform. 4. Integrate diverse data sources including Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SAP, Salesforce, REST APIs, SOAP services, Hadoop, and cloud databases. 5. Design metadata-driven data virtualization frameworks to provide unified data access across enterprise platforms. 6. Optimize TDV query performance through caching strategies, query optimization, indexing approaches, and execution plan analysis. 7. Develop secure REST and SOAP web services for enterprise data consumption. 8. Implement role-based security, authentication, authorization, and data governance within the TDV platform. 9. Collaborate with business users, architects, and data engineering teams to define data integration, reporting, and analytics requirements. 10. Support data quality initiatives, metadata management, and master data management activities. 11. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize TDV environments to ensure high availability and performance. 12. Implement CI/CD processes and deployment automation for TDV artifacts. 13. Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and best practices for enterprise data virtualization solutions. 14. Mentor development teams on TDV architecture, development standards, and performance optimization techniques. 15. Participate in Agile development processes and support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills: 1. 14+ years of experience in enterprise data integration, data virtualization, and information management. 2. Strong expertise in TIBCO Data Virtualization (TDV) platform development, configuration, and administration. 3. Experience designing logical data warehouses and enterprise virtual data layers. 4. Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, relational databases, and query optimization techniques. 5. Hands-on experience developing virtual views, virtual databases, stored procedures, and reusable data services in TDV. 6. Expertise integrating heterogeneous data sources including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, MySQL, SAP, Salesforce, REST APIs, SOAP services, Hadoop, and cloud platforms. 7. Experience developing RESTful and SOAP-based web services using TDV. 8. Strong understanding of metadata management, data governance, and data catalog concepts. 9. Experience with performance tuning, caching strategies, and query optimization within TDV. 10. Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, ETL, ELT, and data warehousing concepts. 11. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). 12. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and deployment automation. 13. Strong understanding of security concepts including authentication, authorization, LDAP, SSO, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). 14. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. 15. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 14 years of experience in TIBCO Data Virtualization Platform. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
