Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves managing and overseeing comprehensive project management activities for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating various tasks within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring smooth execution from initiation through completion. The practitioner actively engages with multiple stakeholders to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain alignment with project objectives, fostering collaboration across diverse teams and time zones to achieve successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in tracking project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of project control processes and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify potential risks. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements. - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at various levels. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques to support project tracking and reporting.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our CDC2E - SEZ location. - A 15 years full time education is required.
