Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. Throughout the day, the lead monitors testing processes, manages key performance indicators related to test execution and defect management, and ensures seamless collaboration across teams to uphold the integrity and reliability of software products.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives. - Oversee the implementation of quality standards and best practices within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and their integration within continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines. - Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality. - Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues to provide effective solutions. - Familiarity with defect tracking tools and methodologies to manage and resolve software defects efficiently. - Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
