Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Architect Consultant to join our Technology Strategy & Advisory team. In this role, you will be an integral part of project teams, assisting in the development and documentation of enterprise architecture for our clients. You will work under the guidance of senior architects and managers, contributing to the analysis of technology landscapes and the design of innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities

Architectural Analysis and Documentation

• Support the analysis of clients’ current-state technology landscapes, including applications, data flows, and infrastructure components.
• Assist in the development of architectural diagrams, models, and documentation that capture business and technical requirements.
• Help identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in the existing technology environment.

Enterprise Architecture Design and Governance

• Support the design of future-state enterprise architectures, addressing critical gaps and opportunities in the current IT environment.
• Support in defining and implementing enterprise architecture governance frameworks, standards, and principles to ensure consistency and alignment across various programs and projects.
• Support in driving the evolution of the EA team's services and operating model to deliver greater value to clients in an agile and collaborative manner.

Enterprise Architecture Execution

• Collaborate with senior EA team members to contribute to the design of future-state architecture and technology roadmaps.
• Gather and analyze data related to technology assets, performance, and costs to support architectural decision-making.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops, helping to capture requirements and communicate project progress.

Team Collaboration

• Support and mentor junior EA analysts, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm's EA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Support recruitment and onboarding efforts to build and scale the team's capabilities in line with business growth.

Skills and Competencies

• Foundational knowledge of enterprise architecture principles.
• Familiarity with various technology domains (e.g., application development, cloud, data management).
• Strong analytical and research skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive and curious mindset with a passion for learning and problem-solving.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Technology.
• Exposure to global projects and multi-geography implementations.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to platform implementations.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical roles, such as software development, systems analysis, or IT support, with exposure to architectural concepts.
• Experience working in a consulting or project-based environment is a plus.
