Senior backend (Kotlin/Scala/GoLang) Developer

You’ll be a senior/mid addition to the engineering team bringing a mix of architecture skills, leadership as well as hands on development. This will encompass development of server-side software following recognized standards and patterns. You’ll have ample opportunity to showcase your passion for technology. Your main area of expertise would be JVM related technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Design cloud-native micro services, implementing RESTful APIs
• Develop clean, well-tested and maintainable code backend powering complex client solutions
• Large enterprise solution integration and maintenance
• Close collaboration with client architecture and development teams
• Be member of an Agile development team

Required Qualifications:

• Hands on experience with Scala, Kotlin, GoLang
• Proficiency in REST APIs development
• Knowledge of TDD and BDD
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

Desired Qualifications:

• Java / Spring Boot experience
• Docker / Kubernetes experience
• Understanding of cloud native application development and/or cloud certification: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
