SONG - Marketing Strategy & Transformation Manager

Job Summary

As a Marketing Transformation Manager within Accenture Song, you will help organizations reinvent their marketing functions to accelerate growth, improve customer experiences, and maximize marketing effectiveness. You will work with C-suite executives and senior marketing leaders to define marketing strategies, design future-ready operating models, optimize marketing investments, and leverage data, technology, AI, and customer insights to drive measurable business outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end marketing transformation programs, helping clients build agile, customer-centric, and data-driven marketing organizations that connect strategy, creativity, technology, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Growth

• Define marketing transformation roadmaps aligned to business growth objectives.
• Assess client marketing capabilities and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Develop customer growth strategies based on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Support go-to-market strategies, product launch planning, and customer acquisition initiatives.

Marketing Operating Model Transformation

• Design future-state marketing operating models and organizational structures.
• Define roles, responsibilities, governance frameworks, and ways of working.
• Create agile marketing teams that enable speed, innovation, and collaboration.
• Drive marketing process optimization and transformation initiatives.

Customer Experience & Personalization

• Lead customer journey mapping and experience transformation programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.
• Design personalization and omnichannel engagement strategies.
• Ensure customer-centricity is embedded across marketing operations.

Marketing Technology & Data

• Assess and optimize marketing technology ecosystems (Adobe, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, CDPs, CRM, Analytics platforms, etc.).
• Define MarTech roadmaps and implementation business cases.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through analytics, attribution, measurement, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to enable advanced marketing capabilities.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive workshops and strategic discussions.
• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams across strategy, marketing, technology, and analytics.
• Develop executive presentations, business cases, and transformation recommendations.

Delivery Leadership

• Manage complex transformation engagements from strategy through execution.
• Ensure delivery quality, timeline management, budget tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within Accenture Song.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Transformation, Management Consulting, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience leading client-facing transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of marketing operating models, customer journeys, campaign management, and marketing effectiveness.
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Preferred

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in consulting firms or digital transformation organizations.
• Knowledge of MarTech platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, HubSpot, etc.).
• Experience with customer analytics, AI-driven marketing, personalization, and marketing measurement.
• Certifications in Marketing Technology, Salesforce, Adobe, Agile, or related disciplines.
